Light from Behind

This series is about light, coming from somewhere behind the scene, entering the foreground and becoming a subject on its own where it is present, and forming patterns of shadow where it is not. In some cases light is filtered through cloud, steam, or forest, and in none of them does light arrive directly or unobstructed. Unlike 'backlighting', in which light is relegated to the backseat, I hope it can be the driving force here.
