A thick layer of fog blanketed the harbour and cityscape on both sides in Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong in early February. A cool humid coastal airstream from the East raised humidity levels to 90% and brought in the fog, while weak sunlight and the surrounding hills prevented it from dissipating, covering the buildings during the day. This layer was below the observation point of around 500m altitude on Victoria Peak.
